  2. Thomas Foster: A haunting, true tale about a historical landmark and how it helped heal the grief of its builder decades ago, as well as the grief of the present-day narrator.
  3. My Newfoundland Pony (on both CDs): A rollicking tune with a serious subtext about Canada’s only native pony breed, currently endangered.
  4. The Reluctant Angel: About an angel who still yearns for Earth and “the pulse of blood and sun on skin/Wild laughter and the green, green ocean.”
