My old band Stringband is reconvening for a couple of weeks very soon! (Never heard of us? See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stringband )

We haven’t played together in 10 years, but the Winnipeg Folk Festival is celebrating its 40th anniversary, and we played their first one (yeah, we’re that old, don’t rub it in!), so they’ve invited us back. We’ll be resurrecting some of our old classics, like “Dief Will Be the Chief Again,” “I Don’t Sleep with Strangers Anymore,” and more.
